Senior on-site leader for our reopening Manhasset theater, overseeing guest experience, staffing, projection, events, and facility operations. Reports directly to ownership. A minimum of three years of progressively responsible management experience in theater operations, hospitality, or a related guest-focused environment is required.

The face of the theater — welcoming guests, running the concession stand, and keeping auditoriums and lobby spotless between every show. A friendly, guest-first attitude is a must; prior hospitality experience preferred. Must be 16 or older.

Supports the Theater & Operations Manager and serves as manager on duty in their absence — supervising shifts, handling cash procedures, and keeping the floor running smoothly. A minimum of two years of supervisory or lead experience in cinema, hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations is required.

Responsible for picture and sound quality across all three auditoriums — building show schedules, ingesting DCPs/KDMs, and running the booth. Full working knowledge of digital cinema projection systems required.

The senior hourly team member on the floor, guiding ushers and concessions staff through each shift while working alongside them. Prior lead, keyholder, or supervisory experience in theaters, restaurants, retail, or hospitality is strongly preferred.

Keeps our historic theater spotless with early-morning deep cleaning of auditoriums, restrooms, and public spaces before doors open. Reliable and self-directed; prior commercial cleaning experience preferred. Must be 18 or older.
